The information on this website describes our services in general terms. Timelines and features mentioned are typical examples, not promises for any particular project. What we deliver, when and for how much is set only in a signed proposal or agreement.
Gaming and betting platforms
We build software for gaming and betting operators. We do not operate gaming or betting services ourselves. Licensing and legal compliance in each market are the operator's responsibility, and we only take on projects that are legal where they run.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and code of this website belong to ViralWave or its licensors. Please do not copy them without permission. Ownership of work we build for clients is set in each client agreement; by default, the client owns the code and designs after final payment.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, including our Arcadeapify brand. We are not responsible for the content of websites we do not control.
Liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
