What we collect

When you send a form on this website we receive what you type in: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website, country, the service and industry you choose, budget, timeline and your message.

We also record where the visit came from: the page you sent the form from, the referring page, and any advertising click id or UTM tag in the link you followed. This tells us which of our ads and pages work.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs with each request, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser's session storage keeps the ad click details mentioned above for the length of your visit only. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, prepare a proposal and run the project if you become a client. Form submissions go straight into our own CRM, where only our team can see them. We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking first.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting and email providers, under confidentiality terms, and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our contracts require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to sukhdev.narang@viralwave.marketing and we will respond within the time the law allows.
